Thank you to all those members who have already booked to attend our ‘Autumn Break’ at the Berry Head Hotel, it promises to be another great week-end away with plenty of fun and friendship.

As previously advised this year’s theme is: SCHOOL DAYS  So…..dig out your old school tie, blazers and hockey sticks and do your homework!

Arrival Times for Hotel: We are welcome to arrive at the hotel anywhere from 12noon on Friday 20th November however access to rooms cannot be confirmed until after 2pm. You are welcome to use any of the hotel facilities (inc the indoor swimming pool, sauna & hot tub) as you wish. Why not arrive early and enjoy a swim and lunch in “The View Brasserie”?

To those who are still deciding there are now only 2 apartments available which sleep 4 (available at £300 per night) to include Dinner, Bed & Breakfast..so don’t delay and book today.

We are delighted to announce that this year’s 3 Night Autumn Break has been planned at the
delightful, privately owned ‘Berry Head Hotel’, Brixham. Close to Brixham Harbour with panoramic
views over the coast this delightful hotel, situated in 6 acres of gardens & woodland is also just a
short walk from Berry Head Geopark. There is also ample parking (inc disabled spaces). We have
booked the entire hotel for the week-end which includes use of an indoor swimming & spa pool
and our own private dining area and a selection of comfortable seating and bar areas. There is
a choice of modern bedrooms and also the option to book one of the 5 x self-contained annexe
apartments situated within the grounds but less than 100yrds from the hotel. The hotel is also
extremely dog friendly* for those members wishing to bring their canine companions. Bookings will
be strictly on a ‘first come-first served’ basis and we are certain that an early response will be
required. The week-end will include:
 3 Course Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings
 Choice of English or Continental ‘Buffet Style’ breakfast each morning

Accommodation – Members can chose from a selection of en-suite bedrooms (inc 3 single rooms)
the majority of which can be double or twin. Some rooms will have a low ‘step-in’ shower others with
a ‘shower’ over bath’ . The Hotel reception team are happy to discuss any special requirements you
may have.
The CBCC Week-End Package, based on 2 sharing for a 3 night stay with diner is as follows :
 Double Inland Room – £209 per room per night
 Coastal View Double Room – £209 per room per night + supplement of £18 p/p p/ night
 Sea View Double Room – £209 per room per night + supplement of £25 p/p p/night
 Sea View Double with Balcony – £209 per room per night + supplement of £30 p/p p/night
 Apartments – £300.00 p/ night based on two guest which the option of the Hot Tub for a small
£60.00 supplement for the duration of the stay (if required). All apartments have large
bedroom and bathroom, lounge with kitchenette area and large sitting out area and private
underground parking
 Single Inland rooms which would be £100 per person per room
 *Dogs* – there will be a supplement of £12 per dog per room and will need to be advised
when booking
