The event will be run under the MSUK exemption requirement.

A circular route starts and finishes at The Old Thatch Inn, Cheriton Bishop, EX6 6JH https://oldthatchinn.co.uk/
Finding a good sized car park is always tricky so we have overcome this by getting permission to park in the Young Farmers Devon Rural Hub. It’s on the opposite side of the road to The Old Thatch Inn, look out for the bus shelter that’s where the car park entrance is. There are lots of spaces and they are very happy to help and support us. Arrive at The Old Thatch Inn from 10.00 to sign on and pick up the route details. Tea and Coffee will be available and has to be paid for, the departure will be around 11.00.
The complete route is mostly on B roads and meanders through mid Devon.

If you want to eat on return, and the food is good, please select a meal from the attached menu and give your choice
to Richard Nunn . To help the pub we need to have numbers and choices a week before, that is 17th October. Please do let
us know by that date. We are putting up a returnable deposit but if you book and don’t show it will cost the club £5 per person which we will ask you to pay. The pub isexpecting to serve food around 1.30. I don’t think it will be a problem if you returned a bit earlier.
